When you submit an inquiry form, we collect your name, phone number, email (if given), the location and purpose of the valuation, your message, the page you sent it from and your IP address (used only to block spam). The inquiry is emailed to our office inbox (contact@agrilandvaluer.com) and a copy is kept on our web server so no request is lost. It is used solely to respond to your valuation request. Live chat is processed by Tawk.to under their independent privacy policy.
Land records and survey maps shared via WhatsApp or Email are treated with absolute confidentiality required by a Government Approved Registered Valuer. They are never sold or shared.
